Registered Massage Therapist

Includes professional supplies, administrative and laundry services.

Must be registered with the Canadian Massage Therapy Association (CMTA)  and Newfoundland and Labrador Massage Therapy Association (NLMTA)

Physiotherapist

Administrator

Job Description: Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in working with a diverse range of patients? If so, InMotion Health Centre has the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Office Administrator to play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our patients.

Training for this position will commence in February with flexible hours. The position will transition to full-time permanent in mid-March. The regular work hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening coverage required as needed.</>

Responsibilities: - Greeting patients. - Scheduling appointments and data entry. - Handling insurance billings, service payments, and cash reconciliations. - Providing administrative support to health care providers. - Emphasizing teamwork and positivity.

Qualifications: - Previous experience in a medical clinical setting is a valuable asset. - Secondary education in a related field is an asset. - Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks while maintaining organization in a dynamic work environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional context to ensure clear and effective communication with both patients and team members.
