Biography

Jason is one of the founders, and co-owner of InMotion Health Centre. Jason moved to Newfoundland in 1998 and began his physiotherapy career.  His passion is delivering one-on-one care with his clients, with a focus on self-empowerment through a combination of active-based therapy techniques, hands on treatments, client education, and exercise. Over the past 20 years, Jason has completed a wide array of continuing education courses, including: manual therapy (up to levels E3/V3), McKenzie Part A and B, strength and rehabilitation, along with first Responder, CPR and first aid certifications.  With over 20 years of hands-on experience as a Physiotherapist Jason has seen it all. He remains active in his personal life playing various sports, hiking, fishing and hunting. As a business owner he is dedicated to his community, his patients and his team.

Education

His educational journey towards becoming a physiotherapist began in Fredericton NB, where his sports background, and interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation led him to UNB. He obtained a degree in Physical Education (Sports Science) in 1994. From there, he pursued a degree in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University, graduating in 1998.
