Raised in Labrador West, and now back on the island where her family is from, Alicia brings a warm approach to the workplace. With hands-on experience in veterinary reception, she developed her skills in client communication, organization, and supporting service-driven environments. She then went on to receive a diploma in Office Administration, giving her a solid foundation in administrative practices.

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her loved ones and her pets, finding balance and joy in the simple moments that matter the most
