Ally is a registered massage therapist who graduated from Academy Canada in St. John’s in 2020. With a lifelong passion for helping others, Ally was drawn to a career in massage therapy. Since graduating, she has gained experience treating a wide range of conditions and working with clients of all ages.

Ally continues to advance her skills through additional training, including cupping and hot stone massage, and is always eager to learn new techniques. She is committed to providing personalized care, tailoring each treatment to support pain relief, recovery, relaxation, and overall well-being. With her warm and compassionate demeanour, she creates a comfortable and safe space for all her clients. 

When not in the clinic, Ally enjoys spending time outdoors with her little boy and making memories with her family.
