Biography

Keith’s career in the profession of physiotherapy began with his Bachelor of Physical Education (Sports Science), in 1994 from the University of New Brunswick.  His enthusiasm for human anatomy, biomechanics, prevention and care of athletic injuries leads him to the field of physiotherapy. Keith competed at a National level in track and field and cross country running.  He learned about the importance of injury prevention and injury management.  

Keith and his family live an active lifestyle. Spending much of his time running, hiking or at the soccer field coaching his kids and competing himself.

Keith provides detailed assessments and individualized treatment and exercise prescription.  He focuses on techniques such as manual therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, soft tissue release, extracorporeal shockwave therapy, patient goal setting and education.
