Biography

Sheldine Osmond graduated from Memorial University in 2017 with a co-operative degree in Kinesiology. She then completed a Master of Science Applied in Occupational Therapy at McGill University.

As an Occupational Therapist, she believes in an interdisciplinary approach to help clients identify and navigate physical and mental barriers to their activities of daily living including self-care, productivity and leisure.

She can provide work-related services such as clinic based or worksite based occupational rehab and is a certified Progressive Goal Attainment Program ® provider.

Sheldine lives an active lifestyle and often spends time hiking, snow shoeing and walking her Irish Setter. In her spare time, she is a Bowling Coach for Special Olympics and enjoys playing volleyball in a local recreational league.
